Estimated figures
Pakistan's poultry feed requirement is estimated at 11.496 million tons in 2026, 28% above the 2025 industry baseline of 8.98 million tons. The industrial model estimates 7.44 million tons of broiler feed, 3.12 million tons of layer feed and 0.936 million tons of breeder feed, from 2025 baselines of 6.40 million tons of broiler feed and 2.58 million tons of layer feed. Parent stock is projected at 14.4 million, from 12.2 million. Layer day-old chick placement is 48 million and commercial egg production is 22.56 billion, from 43 million and 20.44 billion. Estimated hatching eggs are 2.174 billion and hatched day-old chicks 1.804 billion, from 2.00 billion and 1.56 billion. Estimated broiler meat production is 3.160 million tons.

Of reported 2025 table-egg export value, the United Arab Emirates accounted for 83.9%, the United States 10.2%, Bahrain 2.1%, and other destinations 3.8%.

They represent changes in individual indicators rather than a single overall poultry-industry growth rate. A single meat-production growth rate is not stated, because the 2025 baseline and the 2026 model do not use the same meat definition.
